As a Sales Associate (Hospitality) at our your-space residence in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and providing exceptional service to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming environment for all residents, handling inquiries, conducting tours, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and upholding the brand standards of your-space will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, along with sales and marketing acumen. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field would be a preferred qualification for this position.
