As a Sales Associate for the Fashion Brand, your main role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, provide styling advice, and uphold visual merchandising standards. You will support daily store tasks, drive sales, and enhance the brand image through your personal presentation and product knowledge. Your responsibilities will include overseeing floor operations, managing inventory and visual displays, and supporting staff training and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in leading the team towards achieving sales targets - Maximize sales by implementing effective strategies and providing excellent customer service - Ensure a premium customer experience by upholding high standards of service - Oversee floor operations to maintain smooth store functioning - Manage inventory levels and visual displays to attract customers and drive sales - Support staff training and performance to enhance team productivity Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a retail management role is preferred - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team towards success - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques - Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team members Please note that the job types available for these positions are full-time and permanent.
