Role Summary

As a Sales Associate – Outdoor Advertising, you will help drive sales growth by engaging prospective clients, understanding their advertising needs, and recommending our OOH media solutions. This role involves lead generation, client outreach, relationship building, and sales execution, with a strong element of business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell outdoor media (billboards, hoardings, LED displays) to new and existing clients
• Convince prospective clients that the company’s media solutions meet their business needs
• Maintain and grow your client base through lead follow-ups, relationship management, and referrals
• Cold call, manage CRM leads, make direct client calls, and schedule site visits
• Guide clients in choosing the right OOH media at optimal pricing and terms
• Generate leads through field activities (canopy, on-ground promotions) and other sales campaigns
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Perform needs analysis to understand client business and media objectives
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, creative) for campaign delivery
• Continuously track promotional trends and improve sales approach based on feedback
