Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at our cafe, your main responsibilities will include warmly welcoming customers, accurately taking their orders, offering recommendations, preparing and serving food and drinks, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked cafe area, collaborating with other staff members, being flexible to assist with various tasks, and staying knowledgeable about menu items and preparation methods. Key Responsibilities: - Warmly welcome customers and accurately take their orders - Prepare and serve a variety of food and drinks according to cafe standards - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive dining experience - Ensure the cafe area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Collaborate with other cafe staff to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment - Be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Qualifications Required: - Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management - 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant industry - Candidates from North-East parts of India preferred In addition to the above, please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in Thrissur, Kerala. You should have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. A Diploma is required for this role, and experience in Customer Relations and Cafe or Bakery is preferred.
