Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized, knowledgeable product assistance.
Understand brand story, product details, craftsmanship, and materials to educate customers effectively.
Assist customers in selecting products that match their style, needs, and preferences.
Maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment that reflects Colleckt Klove’s brand identity.
Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Support inventory management, including restocking and visual merchandising.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (luxury or design/lifestyle sector is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and communicate product features and brand values.
Positive attitude with a passion for customer experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
