Sales Associate Intern

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate Intern will support the sales department in preparing quotations, maintaining records, and coordinating client communications. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations in response to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and assist in report preparation.
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Support the sales team in day-to-day activities and coordination.
• Assist with other office and sales-related administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Freshers or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
