About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Talk to interested and qualified leads, guiding them through a personalized and helpful enrollment process from the very first conversation 2. Host friendly and energetic video calls that build trust and make a strong impression of the brand 3. Handle questions or doubts, understand what the customer really wants, and help them confidently decide to enroll 4.
