Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing secondary sales distribution of products in designated geographies.
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers through exceptional pre and after-sales service.
  • Analyzing market trends to develop sales plans and increase brand awareness.
  • Hiring and developing an outstanding sales team from the ground up.
  • Providing written reports on account positions, potential accounts, and sales territory actions planned.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and handling inbound inquiries to convert sales.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in sales, sales management, customer relationship management or relevant skill sets.
  • Strong achiever with the ability to meet ambitious business goals and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with complex sales processes and working with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and compile reports regularly.
  • Proficiency in using sales automation systems and CRM tools.
  • Experience in managing and training sales and marketing teams to meet objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques will be a plus.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Technology-oriented B2B sales experience with a strong results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in sales of Information Technology industry products.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with business goals.
  • Knowledge of market segmentation and developing sales strategies for different customer groups.
  • Experience in sales incentive designing to drive business objectives effectively.
