Sales Associate (Cafe)

As a cafe staff member, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service. This includes warmly greeting customers, accurately taking their orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. You will be expected to prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages according to cafe standards. Additionally, you will need to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons. Maintaining cleanliness in the cafe area is crucial, so you will be responsible for keeping the space clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Collaboration with other cafe staff members is essential to ensure efficient service and create a positive work environment. Your adaptability will be key as you may be required to assist with various tasks as needed. It is important to stay up-to-date on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to customers. The role requires a full-time commitment and a preferred educational background of a Diploma. Prior experience in customer service, cafe or hotel industry, and guest services is preferred. This position is located in-person, and the duty timing is from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM with weekends off on Saturday and Sunday.
