Job Description

Responsible for API dispatches as per customer requirement and committed timelines.
Coordinate with cross functional teams and close the customer deficiencies and regulatory deficiencies as per committed timeline.
Coordinating the MS Teams and Zoom meetings between customers and Cross functional teams on quality issues and ensure to resolve them within in the timelines.
Involved as per planned schedule and coordinating to the external / regulatory audits. Implementation of Corrective & Preventive actions effectively and its review for effectiveness.
Need to provide sales forecast quarter wise and month wise for production inventory planning.
Follow up to get sample from respective stake holders and send samples to customers.
Ensure that every quality concern is handled amicably and promptly by actively engaging both parties' QA and regulatory.
Ensure to work in a direction to meet monthly targets and annual targets
should be have good technical knowledge to mange customers
