Sales Assistant

Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the CRM system.

Provide administrative support to field sales executives, including managing their calendars and expense reports.

Track product availability and inventory levels, coordinating with the stores team to ensure adequate stock for sales orders.

Inform the sales team about any stock shortages or new arrivals.
