Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the CRM system. Track the status of sales orders from placement through delivery, coordinating with logistics and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment. Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including generating sales reports, preparing presentations, and managing sales-related correspondence. Customer Service & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide detailed information about our [products/services], pricing, and promotions. Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the sales executive or manager as needed. Team & Field Support: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing for client presentations, and organizing promotional materials. Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow and provide the necessary support for sales activities. Provide administrative support to field sales executives, including managing their calendars and expense reports. Inventory Management: Track product availability and inventory levels, coordinating with the stores team to ensure adequate stock for sales orders. Inform the sales team about any stock shortages or new arrivals.
