About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Surat. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
• Handle billing, POS system operations, and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates and availability.
• Provide after-sales service and build positive customer relationships.
• Assist the sales team in reaching monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, POS systems).
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
