Company Description: Aspiration Energy is an innovative heating solutions company based in Chennai that provides hyper-efficient heat pumps, decentralized solar thermal systems for industrial process heating, advanced high-temperature process heating using industrial heat pumps, Waste heat recovery systems, solar dryers, and heat pump dryers for industrial and commercial applications. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Application Engineer - Sales role located in Chennai. As an Application Engineer in sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and providing clients with technical support. You will work closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to identify new products and services that align with customer needs. Job Location: Chennai and Pune Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering or a related field Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sales, applications engineering, HVAC, Heat pump or a related field Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively provide technical support to clients Experience in the energy or heating industry is preferred Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Interested candidates can send their CV to info@aspirationenergy.com Show more Show less
