As a Sales & Application Engineer specializing in Cutting Tools, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be expected to have a good understanding of various cutting tools, focusing on CNC Machines and operations such as turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading, and reaming. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of the Tool Management system to effectively manage tools. Your key responsibilities will include conducting product trials, introducing new tools, resolving complaints, and collaborating with the Development team for new tool implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct product trials, introductions, and complaint resolutions - Collaborate with the Development team to implement new tools - Enhance productivity through efficient tooling adoption - Select appropriate cutting tool grades for different materials - Provide tooling solutions and cost benefits to customers - Troubleshoot and solve metal cutting problems - Collaborate with Product Engineering (PED) and New Product Development (NPD) teams **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Dip Mech) - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong sales engineering skills This job is based in multiple locations including Pune, Nashik, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
