Job Title: Sales & Telecalling Executive Location: goregaon west Industry: Interior Design Experience: 3–4 years preferred Employment Type: Full-time Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our interior design firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into meetings or site visits. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our interior design services Handle incoming inquiries from social media, website, and referrals Schedule appointments and site visits with the design team Regular follow-ups to maintain client interest Update and maintain client records in the database Coordinate with designers and vendors for smooth project onboarding Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion Requirements:Excellent communication and convincing skills Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati Prior experience in sales or telecalling (interior design, real estate, or similar industry preferred) Basic understanding of interior design services Good with WhatsApp, emails, and basic CRM tools Strong client follow-up and relationship-building abilities Perks:Incentives for successful lead conversions Exposure to interior design projects Friendly and creative work environment
