**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software consulting, sales, or a related field.

- Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales in a software environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Fluent in Bengali and proficient in Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
