Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist Foundry, based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, creating and executing effective marketing strategies, training and guiding the sales team, and driving growth through solid sales management practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets
• Proven ability in Training to mentor and guide team members in their professional growth
• Proficiency in marketing techniques and an understanding of the mining and metals industry is an advantage
