Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training. The role is based in Bhopal and requires presence at the store location to engage with clients and team members.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct Training sessions related to sales
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in the medical supply industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
