Position Description: Sales and Marketing Executive
This is a full-time, on-site position for a sales and marketing specialist based in Jamshedpur. In this position, the specialist will engage in daily customer and field contact to increase sales and develop relationships. Key responsibilities include managing customer service, running marketing campaigns, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations. This position also involves training team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a consistent customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and meet their needs.
Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of achieving goals and executing sales strategies.
Experience providing training to team members to enhance their sales and customer-focused skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic situations and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in understanding local customer preferences and fostering strong community relationships is an added advantage.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
