Key Responsibilities Identify and contact potential buyers, tenants, or investors Promote and sell residential or commercial properties Arrange and conduct property site visits and client meetings Explain property features, pricing, and legal procedures Negotiate offers and finalize sales or rental agreements Maintain client records and follow up on leads Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and persuasion skills Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of real estate laws and market trends Ability to work independently and meet targets Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred) Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage Real estate license (if required by local regulations) Work Environment Field-based role involving site visits and client interactions Target-driven position with commission and incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
