Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 + TA + Incentives (based on experience & performance)

About the Role

Armalite Energy Solutions is seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Sales & Marketing Advisor with proven experience in solar (On-Grid, Hybrid & Off-Grid systems). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into successful projects, and expanding the company’s footprint across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar energy solutions (On-Grid, Hybrid & Off-Grid)
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly closure targets
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate with the technical & documentation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Build strong client relationships and secure repeat/referral business
• Travel extensively across Kerala for sales campaigns, meetings, and site surveys
• Provide regular sales updates and market insights to management

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar field (On-Grid, Hybrid & Off-Grid systems)
• Strong knowledge of solar products, project sizing & customer pitching
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Malayalam + basic English)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across Kerala

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience & performance)
