Sales and Marketing Leader

Job Summary:   We are looking for a Dynamic and Goal-oriented Life Insurance Marketing Person who will be responsible for promoting Life Insurance products, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.   The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic knowledge of financial products, and a passion for helping people secure their future through insurance planning.   Key Responsibilities:   ·      Promote and sell various life insurance products to individuals and businesses.   ·      Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and social media.   ·      Educate customers on product features, benefits, premiums, and policy terms.   ·      Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.   ·      Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs.   ·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.   ·      Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.   ·      Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and community events.   ·      Provide after-sales service and assist with claims or policy servicing.   Eligibility Criteria:   ·      Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).   ·      Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (insurance or financial services preferred).   ·      Age Limit: 25 to 45 years.   Skills Required:   ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   ·      Self-motivated and result-oriented.   ·      Ability to work independently and in teams.   ·      Basic knowledge of insurance/financial products is an advantage.         Compensation:   ·      Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 (based on experience, role, and performance).   ·      Incentives: Attractive commission structure and performance bonuses.   ·      Other Benefits: Training, career growth opportunities, and chance to become a certified life insurance advisor.   Career Growth:   ·      After consistent performance, candidates may become eligible for:   ·      Permanent roles   ·      Team leadership role
