Key Responsibilities ????

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will:

• Promote TheSkillGuide

  among students via social media, WhatsApp groups, and offline/online events.
• Generate leads and onboard students onto the platform.
• Build relationships with

  colleges, placement cells, and training & placement officers (TPOs).

• Assist in designing and executing

  social media campaigns & content marketing.

• Support growth experiments (referral campaigns, influencer tie-ups, etc.).
• Collect feedback from students and placement officers to improve the product.
• Helping the founder ideate and discuss various growth strategies.
  

Requirements ?????????

• College student / recent graduate (any field).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Passion for

  sales, marketing, and startups.

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp for outreach.
• Prior experience in sales/marketing/campus leadership roles is a plus (but not required).
• Requesting the candidate to explore the product thoroughly before applying.

Duration ??

• 23 months internship

  (flexible with academics).
• Commitment:

  15 hours/week.
