Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and promoting solar products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in solar projects
Promote solar products such as rooftop solar, EPC projects, and related solutions
Meet customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and project teams for execution support
Maintain customer relationships and ensure after-sales support

Skills & Requirements

Experience in solar sales / marketing is mandatory
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic technical knowledge of solar systems preferred
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Self-motivated and target-oriented
