Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and sales. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for sales, basic English communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A personal bike and a valid, active driving license are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and understand their requirements. Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timeline. Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing customers. Gather market feedback and share insights with the sales team. Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis. Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments. Participate in on-ground marketing activities and field campaigns as required.
