· Strong communication and negotiation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
· Knowledge of the Konkan market and local customer base.

Job Description:
· Promote and sell company products/services through field visits and marketing campaigns.
· Conduct market research to understand local customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the region.
· Coordinate with the head office for marketing materials, pricing, and logistics.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
· Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
