Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving software sales to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IT/software solutions to potential clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software domain
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales data and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
• Travel to client sites as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing in the IT industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of software solutions and client needs
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
• Technical background or understanding of software development is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM tools for managing leads and sales data
