Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and contractors, and implementing marketing strategies to promote company products. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand visibility through various marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and promotional activities to boost sales. • Coordinate with marketing team for advertising, trade shows, and branding campaigns. • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media promotion and lead generation. • Participate in after-sales support and handle customer feedback effectively.
