Sales and Marketing Executive

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position Level: Mid-level Executive

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month + commission (2-3% of sales value)

Experience Required: 3-4 years in sales or marketing, preferably B2B or SaaS

Reports To: Business Development Executive / Founder

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

• Assist Business Development Executive in lead generation and qualification
• Handle customer follow-ups and relationship management
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
• Manage pipeline and track deal progression
• Support sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Handle customer inquiries and scheduling

2. Digital Marketing & Content:

• Manage Google Ads campaigns (targeting "air purifier Delhi," "clean air bubble," etc.)
• Execute Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain website content (blog, FAQs, case studies)
• Create marketing collateral (email templates, social media content, brochures)
• Manage social media presence and customer engagement
• Track marketing metrics and ROI for each channel

3. Events & Partnerships:

• Identify and plan participation in pollution awareness events
• Organize product demonstrations for communities and corporate offices
• Build relationships with real estate brokers, architects, and designers
• Coordinate with partner organizations for co-marketing opportunities
• Manage event logistics and follow-up

4. Customer Success & Testimonials:

• Collect customer success stories and case studies
• Manage customer testimonials and video content
• Build referral program and track referral leads
• Create educational content for customers (maintenance tips, health benefits, etc.)

• Social media marketing, Copywriting and content creation
• CRM and email marketing tools
• Sales support and customer relationship management
• Project coordination and organization
• Analytics and data interpretation
• Creative thinking

Success Metrics:

• Generate 10-15 qualified leads per month through digital marketing
• Website traffic: 500+ monthly visitors by Month 6 Cost per lead: ₹5,000-8,000 through digital channels
• Social media engagement: 500+ followers, 5%+ engagement rate
• Customer testimonials: Collect 5+ by Month 6
