Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients. Meet with clients in person to present products or services, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.
