Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing ExecutiveCompany: IBRICX (PropTech)Job Summary:IBRICX is a growing PropTech company looking for an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to support on-ground sales, customer acquisition, and execution of multiple real estate and property-focused events. The role involves extensive fieldwork, client interaction, and event coordination to drive brand visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities:Field Sales: Visit potential clients, channel partners, and property sites Promote IBRICX products and services to customers and investors Generate leads and close sales through on-ground activities Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets Maintain daily field visit and lead reports Event & Marketing Activities: Support planning and execution of property events, exhibitions, and site visits Coordinate with internal teams during on-ground events Engage with walk-in customers and collect leads during events Ensure proper branding, setup, and customer experience at events Follow up with event leads for conversion Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / 12th pass (experience in field sales preferred) 0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or real estate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally and work during events/weekends Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in real estate, PropTech, or event-based sales Target-driven and self-motivated Presentable, confident, and customer-focused Ability to handle multiple events and field activities
