Sales and Marketing Executive (Bangalore)

Sales:

• Identify and onboard new customers via B2C and B2B channels (residential societies, other brands etc.)
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and fashion - events to generate leads
• Drive subscription models, bulk orders, and repeat bookings through relationship management
• Close sales deals, manage conversion funnels, and ensure customer satisfaction

Marketing:

• Work with Digital marketing agency to Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, and WhatsApp
• Manage influencer marketing, tie-ups with fashion schools, and local events
• Conduct offline marketing activities in diff societies - field visits

Brand & Customer Experience:

• Capture testimonials, referrals, and success stories for marketing use
• Work closely with the customer support team to resolve issues and ensure delightful service
