Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, branding, and customer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, social media, or field visits
• Assist in generating leads and maintaining the sales database
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
• Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings
• Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth sales process
• Help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Create content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Help manage company social media pages and track engagement
• Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing collateral
• Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer interaction
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)
• Ability to work in teams and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
