Internship Opportunity: Marketing Intern

Location: Hyderabad (North Hyderabad preferred)
Mode: Hybrid (office presence + WFH tasks + site/client activities)
Duration: 3 months (Certification provided; high performers may convert to full-time)

Role Overview

We’re looking for fresh, dynamic Marketing Interns who are eager to learn and contribute to the growth of CITRA Associates. This role is more than just marketing—it’s about learning how real estate, architecture, and construction businesses grow, and actively contributing with content, research, and strategies.

You’ll work closely with our Business Analyst, Architects, and Video Editors, gaining hands-on exposure to marketing strategies, content creation, promotions, AI-driven tools, and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation: ideas, scripts, captions, reels, carousels
• Support social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to develop & test marketing strategies
• Conduct research with architects on upcoming projects and industry insights
• Participate in promotion activities & campaign planning
• Draft scripts, storyboards & creative briefs for content shoots
• Learn and apply AI tools for marketing & content creation
• Understand basic editing processes and coordinate with professional editors
• Create reports on marketing performance & competitor activity
• Support sales initiatives and business growth strategies
• Present new ideas & strategies to leadership during team sessions

Requirements

• Fresher / student with a keen interest in marketing & business growth
• Proficient in computer usage, MS Office/Google Workspace
• Creative mindset with content ideas always flowing
• Basic knowledge of editing tools (any platform)
• Must have a personal laptop
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
• Hyderabad-based (North Hyderabad candidates preferred)
• Flexible and willing to learn from multiple domains (marketing, architecture, real estate, construction)
