Sales and Customer Service Representative

Comforto Bedding is a leading mattress and bedding accessories provider through eCommerce channels. Comforto is a featured brand on Amazon and Pepperfry and we are building an exciting and hassle-free mattress buying experience through our website as well.

The mattress industry was largely unorganized in previous decades but with the advent of eCommerce and dynamic buying preferences of consumers, the online industry for mattresses is one of the fastest-growing in the Furniture segment. We are working through the transition and challenges of this industry and are building a unique buying experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who can assist our customers with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer product issues and concerns with the company. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current. Also updating the customer orders in the company database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
• Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products.
• Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
• Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
