Sales and CRM BA

As a Sales and CRM Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing clients" business problems and visions. Your responsibilities will include conducting current state assessments through workshops, questionnaires, and interviews with business stakeholders. You will then analyze the collected data points and provide meaningful insights and recommendations for future state design. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor in understanding and analyzing client's business problem/vision - Conduct current state assessment with business stakeholders via workshops, questionnaires, interviews, etc. - Analyze collected data points/artifacts and provide meaningful insights/recommendations for future state design - Design and implement CRM strategies tailored to the insurance sector - Capture business requirements for CRM capability implementation - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives - Document user stories and acceptance criteria while collaborating with onshore counterpart(s) - Support test planning, test case design, and test execution along with business stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Must have vertical & Industry Experience in Insurance sales/CRM transformation - Any domain/function expertise related to Sales and CRM, such as B2B/B2C sales strategy, lead & funnel management, CRM capabilities, etc. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics - Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their application in the insurance industry At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
