Sales and Collection executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sales work and collection work in this position. As part of the sales work, your tasks will include finding new customers, explaining products or services, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving monthly sales targets, providing feedback about the market and competitors, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customers receive proper service and support. In terms of collection work, you will be expected to handle collection activities related to sales or finance. Key Responsibilities: - Find new customers and explain products or services - Maintain relationships with existing customers and address their needs - Achieve monthly sales targets - Provide feedback about the market and competitors - Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper service and support for customers - Handle collection activities related to sales or finance Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in any stream - Experience: 1-3 years in sales or collections (experience in batteries, finance, or EV industry is a plus) - Skills Needed: - Good communication and negotiation skills - Positive and customer-friendly attitude - Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) - Other: - Ready to travel for field visits when needed - Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries is an advantage Company Details: The company offers a salary range of 20,000 - 30,000 per month for this full-time position.
