Sales and Collection executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for sales work and collection work as outlined below: Role Overview: - Find new customers and explain the products or services offered. - Keep in touch with existing customers to assist them with their needs. - Work towards achieving monthly sales targets. - Provide feedback on the market and competitors. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customers receive proper service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 13 years of experience in sales or collections. Experience in batteries, finance, or EV industry is a plus. - Possess good communication and negotiation skills. - Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude. - Have basic computer knowledge, particularly in Excel and Word. - Willingness to travel for field visits when required. - Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries is considered an advantage. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in any stream - Experience: 13 years in sales or collections (experience in batteries, finance, or EV industry is a plus) - Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, positive and customer-friendly attitude, basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) - Other: Ready to travel for field visits when needed; Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries is an advantage Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 per month. Additionally, benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund are provided, along with a yearly bonus.
