Sales and Application Engineer - Metal Cutting Tools

You will be working with Riddhi Machine Tool Technology, a company founded by two experienced Mechanical Engineers with a background of over 20 years in the Machine tool, Cutting tool, and Automotive industries. The company focuses on bringing global technological expertise to various customer segments by offering high precision Solid carbide cutting tools, PCD special tools, and services such as technical advice, project management, application engineering, technical support, on-site installation support, and customer training. As a full-time Sales and Application Engineer - Metal Cutting Tools, you will have responsibilities at two locations, one in Bangalore and the other in Pune. Your role will involve sales engineering activities, providing technical support to customers, managing customer relations, offering application engineering solutions, supporting on-site installations, and driving sales. To excel in this position, you should possess Sales Engineering and Sales skills, Technical Support and Application Engineering skills, Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. It is essential to have the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru. A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, with experience in the metal cutting tools industry being a valuable asset. Proven experience in managing customer relationships and supporting technical installations will be advantageous for this role.,
