Sales and admission Counsellor

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about enrolling in academic programs. This role involves a combination of consultation, customer service, sales, and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person. Counsel students and families about educational options, program offerings, and admission procedures. Conduct interviews, assessments, and campus tours. Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM software. Coordinate and participate in admission events, open houses, and school fairs. Assist applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. Collaborate with academic departments and administrative offices to ensure a seamless admissions experience. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Stay updated on academic offerings, institutional policies, and market trends.
