Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor at Nobroker, you will play a crucial role in the proptech space by attending qualified leads generated by the Pre-sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to meet clients and present them with tailored options through a no-pressure, education-based presentation focusing on buying/investment opportunities. By developing rapport with clients, you will understand their goals and vision for the future. You will educate clients on property investment, making them aware of available incentives and different strategies to pursue. Your role will also involve relationship management, assisting clients through the decision-making process, and maintaining follow-up communication to nurture long-term relationships both before and after sales. Representing the Nobroker brand with integrity is essential, as you aim to consistently provide value to all clients. In addition to managing relationships, you will seek referrals and network to expand your client base. Conducting surveys to identify the prices of competing properties will also be part of your responsibilities. From generating leads to closing sales, you will oversee the end-to-end sales progress. Key skills required for this role include above-average sales conversion abilities, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the location/city you are applying for, a positive attitude towards daily meetings, and a passion for sales. Direct sales experience is an added advantage, along with the ability to understand prospects" requirements and pitch property solutions effectively. High levels of passion, ownership, and a hunger for sales, as well as a graduation or MBA degree, are desirable qualities for this position.
