Job Overview:

We are looking for a persuasive and client-focused Sales Advisor to guide prospects through the value and structure of our Google AdWords services. The role involves voice-based interaction to qualify leads, recommend suitable ad packages, and assist in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in outbound and follow-up calls with potential clients.
• Understand business needs and offer relevant Google Ads solutions.
• Clearly explain ad services, answer questions, and address objections.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of lead progress and call outcomes.
• Meet monthly targets for conversions and lead handling.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital sales or advisory roles, preferably in paid advertising or IT services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in explaining digital marketing concepts over the phone.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads is preferred.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing lead pipelines.
