Sales Administrator

You should have a Bachelor's degree in any field to be considered for this role. As a potential candidate, you are expected to possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should have good organizational abilities and the capability to effectively manage your workload by setting priorities. Attention to detail is a key requirement for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs is essential, especially in Excel at an intermediate level, Outlook, and Word. Previous experience in dealing with retailers or wholesale customers would be advantageous, although not mandatory. Similarly, experience in the pharma industry is preferred but not strictly required. Your responsibilities in this role would include assisting in the preparation and maintenance of price lists, creating pick notes for sales, and ensuring the accuracy of all pick notes with regards to product details, strength, pack size, and order quantity. Timely filing and checking of all GDP documents is crucial, with any discrepancies to be reported to the UK Export Team. Additionally, you will be responsible for applying for various certificates like the Certificate of Origin and Free Sales certificates, as well as supporting the creation of purchase orders on the warehouse system. Collaborating with the UK export team to communicate with customers and address any order-related queries is also part of your duties. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of fixed day shifts from Monday to Friday, following the UK shift timings. The work location for this role is in person.,
