Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Udupi for a Sales, Administration, Marketing, and Operation Head at ABCO Steel International Pvt Ltd. The role involves overseeing and managing the company's sales and marketing strategies, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and optimizing business processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the marketing team, developing market plans, analyzing market trends, managing sales processes, coordinating with other departments for operational efficiency, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing and operational strategies to achieve key business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, and Market Planning skills
• Proficient in Sales strategies and execution
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve decision-making
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities to efficiently manage teams and ensure operational excellence
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
