Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate sales operations, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and control.
  • Deliver accurate and timely payment data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting, and optimal use of technology (Automation).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration/marketing or finance; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, responsive, and results-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is preferred.
  • Skills required: Python, PowerBI, and UIPath.
