Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate leads. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue. Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships. Assist in daily administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, maintaining records, and managing office supplies. Coordinate with customers for order processing and delivery updates. Basic email correspondence and data entry tasks. Support overall office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in Administrative work and B2C Sales. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of sales processes and administrative functions.
