Job Description

As a Sales & Accounts Executive at our organization operating in the interior and furnishing solutions sector, your role will involve supporting branch-level sales coordination and managing day-to-day accounting activities. You will need strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and effective coordination skills to ensure accurate financial records and smooth sales operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and process sales invoices, quotations, and related documentation - Coordinate with sales teams on order processing, billing, and follow-ups - Support preparation of sales reports and basic MIS - Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities - Maintain accurate books of accounts, vouchers, and ledgers - Perform bank reconciliations and support basic cash flow monitoring - Ensure compliance with GST regulations, returns, and related statutory filings - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required - Provide finance and administrative support at the branch level **Systems & Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software (mandatory) - Working knowledge of MS Excel - Exposure to ERP systems; experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage **Required Skills & Competencies:** *Functional Competencies:* - Strong understanding of accounting principles and sales billing processes - Knowledge of GST and basic statutory compliance requirements *Behavioural Competencies:* - High attention to detail and numerical accuracy - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently - Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and clients - Practical problem-solving approach and sound professional judgment - High standards of integrity, reliability, and accountability **Qualification & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination and accounting/finance roles - Prior experience handling branch-level accounts, billing, and receivables is preferred If you are interested in this position, please share your updated resume at hr@psquareinterior.com.
