Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Accounts Executive (Inside Sales) who will handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage end-to-end billing and accounting operations. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate with customers and vendors while maintaining accurate financial and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with clients for quotations and order confirmations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate between clients, vendors, and the internal project team for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain customer account records.

Accounting & Financial Management

• Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, purchases, incomes, and expenses.
• Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal financial policies.

Inventory & Purchase Management

• Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to optimize inventory control.
• Track material movement and update stock records.
• Support vendor management by maintaining purchase and payment schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination and accounting (preferably in retail or interior sector).
• Proficiency in Busy /Odoo Accounting (Preferred).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical and organizational abilities.
