Role Overview

Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, presenting clear business value, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to contract signature.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and identify best-fit solutions.
  • Deliver product demos and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with SDRs, product managers, and founders to accelerate deals.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and report key metrics to leadership.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and expansion.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of software or fintech sales experience

    , ideally with SMB or mid-market clients.
  • Proven record of

    meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets

    .
  • Experience selling to

    US, UK, or EU markets is highly beneficial

    .
  • Strong consultative sales approach with ability to diagnose business pain points.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment with minimal supervision.
  • Intelligent, analytical, and commercially sharp mindset.

    Bangalore

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:

    ?52 LPA
  • On-Target Earnings:

    Up to ?65 LPA including commission
